Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Customers must provide an unpacking video as proof.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after the product is received and verified.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
